Execute and Drilling Operations Management (“EODM”)

• Drilling program and AFE are signed off and issued.
• All the procedures are in place.
• DWOP had been conducted. Pre-spud meeting on the rig is carried out.
• The team executes the program as defined below in WCPM – Execution.
